Mark Jergeas P. Eng, PMP
Mark Jergeas P. Eng, PMPPresident and Senior Consultant
Mark is a mechanical engineer and project management professional with 19 years of industry experience. Throughout his tenure, he has worked for engineering, construction, and owner organizations (TC Energy, Enbridge, AltaGas, and Bechtel/Bantrel).  
Mark acted as a Project Manager on 13 projects throughout his career ranging from $25 to $750 million in value and with a wide range of scope, size, and complexity. Mark also held the role of Senior Project Advisor at TC Energy prior to launching iProjects, a firm dedicated to the craft of project management (www.iprojectsinc.ca).
Mark is a believer in giving back to the community and to his profession. He is currently serving as the Past Chair of APEGA’s Calgary Branch Executive Committee and is a volunteer with CCIS (Calgary Catholic Immigration Society).
George Jergeas P. Eng. PhD
George Jergeas P. Eng. PhDChair and Senior Consultant
George is a professional engineer with over 45 years of industry and academic experience.  George is a Civil Engineer with an MSc and PhD in Construction Management from Loughborough University, UK. He served as a Professor of project management at the University of Calgary from 1994 to 2020. George spent years as a claims consultant and has investigated over 30 construction projects experiencing cost overruns and delays.  George has delivered project management training and consulting services to professional associations and companies across North America and Europe including Alberta Transportation, City of Calgary, City of Edmonton, Husky Energy, Suncor, Trans Mountain, TC Energy, ConocoPhilps, Enbridge, CNRL, Calgary Health Region, Winnipeg Airport Authority, ENMAX, , ATCO, Aker (Norway), WestJet, Cana, Chevron, Nexen, Alberta Finance and Enterprise, PennWest, EnCana, APEGA, EGBC, the District of North Vancouver, Metro Vancouver, State of Virginia.
George has a strong passion in increasing the efficiency of projects and his expertise includes team building and partnering, claims and disputes, value improving practices, alternative dispute resolution, contract administration, construction productivity, and PM training and coaching.
George’s partnering and team building methodology has been successfully implemented on over 180 projects across North America. George is also the author of 3 books and over 100 articles, journals, and publications in project management.
Steve Revay
Steve RevaySenior Consultant
Steve has over 40 years of industry experience and is an expert in contract management and claims and disputes.
Throughout his career, Steve has been active in the analysis of progress, productivity, and cost on numerous construction projects.
He has prepared or evaluated productivity and schedule analyses, including quantification of claims on construction projects throughout Canada, in the United States, Middle East, Asia, and South America.
Steve is also qualified as an expert witness in both litigation and arbitration.
Steve has acted as both a mediator and as an arbitrator on different projects including being appointed as the Project Neutral on a $2 billion industrial project.
Steve has authored articles for various construction periodicals and conducted numerous seminars on construction disputes and contract administration to owners and contractors alike.
He frequently presents at in-house seminars and is a guest lecturer at the University of Calgary.
He is a Past President of Construction Specifications Canada.
Stephen was also President of AACE® (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineers International) an association of over 8,000 project control professionals from June 2010 to June 2011.
He has recently been awarded Hon. Life in both AACE and CSC.
Harry Sambells P. Eng.
Harry Sambells P. Eng.Senior Consultant
Harry is a professional engineer with over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas, mining, power, and utility industries.
Throughout his tenure, he has served as Senior VP and General Manager, Project Director, Project Manager, and as a Project Management Consultant supporting projects of all sizes including mega projects. 
Harry has advised owners, engineering consultants, and construction contractors in all aspects of project management such as project delivery, execution strategies, risk management, contract administration, and cost management.
Harry’s expertise also includes conducting expert reviews such as “cold eyes” and readiness reviews. Harry also advised the CEO of a major international oil company on execution of projects in Alberta’s oil sands industry.
Additionally, Harry has delivered numerous training sessions including teaching graduate courses at the University of Calgary in project and engineering management.
